Refund policy

All products available on Cineff (www.cineff.com) are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds After Download or Access Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or a license key has been delivered to the customer's email address, we are strictly unable to process any refund, return, or exchange — regardless of the reason.

What You Agree To At Checkout By completing a purchase on our store, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this refund policy in full
• You acknowledge that the product is a non-returnable digital item
• You accept that no refund will be issued after the file has been delivered or accessed

Exceptions We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, accidental purchase, or incompatibility with third-party software. If you experience a technical issue with a file, contact us at cineffvisuals@gmail.com within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Chargebacks and Disputes Initiating an unjustified chargeback after downloading a digital product is considered fraudulent. We maintain full logs of all downloads, delivery confirmations, and access records, which will be submitted to the card issuer as evidence in any dispute.
